3948 1st Ave S, Minneapolis
This condo is a little outside the imaginary Uptown lines I have in my head, however it is one of my favorite condos in the area, and it is still in the Kingfield neighborhood.
The condo is so cool I wrote about it over a month ago at flippingrich.com.
What inspired me to add it here was feedback from a showing yesterday. The agent had this to say:
what an absolutely fabulous listing…it made me feel like I was on a European vacation!! I loved it! The client loved the home for the rich history and ambience that was preserved
